Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all reachable pincodes within India. At present, orders cannot be delivered outside India.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and scheduled for dispatch within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation. This does not include weekends or official holidays. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Products are usually delivered within 3 to 8 business days following dispatch. We focus on ensuring your fashion selections are delivered promptly.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order is returned to our facility due to incorrect address details, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may request another attempt by contacting us.

Damaged or Missing Items

Should any item arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt and include clear images of the issue. For undelivered orders, we will investigate the matter with the courier and, once confirmed, arrange either a replacement or a refund.
